ada Learning GmbH operates ada, a platform designed for advanced education across organizational boundaries. Co-founded by Prof. Dr. Miriam Meckel, Dr. Léa Steinacker, and Verena Pausder, ada fosters an intersectoral community for collective learning and acts as an innovation hub for organizational transformation. Supported collectively by business, politics, academia, media, and public institutions, this digital educational initiative strengthens Europe’s economic landscape and contributes to the pioneering and innovative professional development. Since its inception in 2019, over 2,500 fellows from more than 70 organizations have successfully completed our training programs. Are you ready to kick-start your career in customer management and help us drive digital and sustainable transformations? As a Junior Customer Success Manager in our dynamic Customer Success Team, you'll dive headfirst into supporting our customers on a transformative year-long learning journey. Your mission? To enrich the entire customer experience and maximize their lifetime value through innovative support and impactful events.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Take charge of uploading and managing content on our customer experience platform. Use Asana to effectively handle tasks and drive customer engagement.

  • Content Creation: Craft engaging and informative materials using Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel. Your work in both German and English will deepen customer understanding and promote active participation.

  • Communication Excellence: Write and send clear, concise mailings in German and English. Your communications will be pivotal in fostering successful customer interactions.

  • Support and Collaboration: Be a supportive pillar for the team by responding to customer inquiries through emails, support channels, and social media in both languages. Your responsiveness ensures our customers always feel valued and understood.

  • Event Hosting: Lead virtual community events on platforms like Zoom, managing all related tasks from setup to recording and post-event communications. Optionally, you may also host on-site community events, like Locals’ Tables, managing details such as venue reservations to enhance community engagement and customer loyalty.
Your profile
  • Recent graduate or currently enrolled at a University.

  • Fluent in German and English - both written and spoken.

  • Ideally Skilled in using tech tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, Slack, and Asana.

  • Independent worker with a knack for taking initiative, supported by our enthusiastic team.

  • Strong communicator, capable of managing complex customer interactions with clarity and organization.

  • Proficient in written communication, you can articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely in customer emails, messages, and support materials in both German and English.

  • Passionate about people, technology, and creating impactful customer experiences.

  • Comfortable working remotely with the option to use our co-working office in Düsseldorf.
