Through a year-long learning program, the ada Fellowship, our program focuses on digital education, real-world projects, live events, and, most importantly, the acquisition of future-ready skills and a cross-sector network. Since 2019, more than 1,000 Fellows from more than 37 well-known member organizations have successfully participated (including Allianz, Bundesbank, Deutsche Telekom, the German Federal Government, Douglas, Henkel, Lanxess, SAP, SwissRe, Tchibo, Vodafone). We also address how the economy, the world of work and society are changing in journalistic offerings, including newsletters, podcasts and digital magazines. Started in the Handelsblatt Media Group (HMG), ada Learning GmbH has been an independent company since 2020, founded by Miriam Meckel, Léa Steinacker and Verena Pausder.
